110 km and about 1h15 from Madrid, our finca opens its gates to weddings, team offsites and yoga retreats — a place where your event can be exactly what you imagine it to be.

We realise your vision in our place, making the best of what is already here — the sierra, the silence, the long sunsets, the unhurried meals.

Hamlet's Friends is a 3.5-hectare finca at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente in the Toledo countryside, 110 km and about 1h15 from Madrid via the A-5. Exclusive hire for 10 to 200 guests, with ten accommodation units so everyone sleeps on site. Every event is quoted individually. We host one at a time, so the only schedule that matters is yours.

Celebrate over a full weekend rather than a single afternoon. The sierra does the decoration; we take care of everything else, from the ceremony on the porch to the long sobremesa under the stars.

The Sierra de San Vicente gives a yoga retreat what it really needs: silence, clean Castilian light, and the right distance from Madrid. Our space adapts to your format — bright indoor practice room, garden mats under the oaks, private cabins so participants are rested by day three.

El Molino

## At the table with our chef

El Molino — the restaurant a two-minute walk from the event space — cooks for every gathering we host.

Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine built around the produce of the sierra: vegetables from a garden a few metres from the kitchen, and the rest from the people who work this land — the herder who grazes the flock on the sierra, the traditional mill that presses the oil, the baker from the next village. We design every menu with you — weddings, working lunches, vegetarian retreats, or a long unhurried sobremesa. Vegetarian, vegan and low-stimulant menus are standard rather than a favour, designed by the chef instead of subtracted from a plate; just tell us when you book. A BBQ in the garden or a multi-course dinner under the beams: whichever suits your event.

## 1h15 from Madrid

Take the A-5 west and you're here in an hour — but the moment you arrive, the city feels much further away. We sit at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente, the granite hills where Castilla-La Mancha begins. No light pollution, no urban hum, real silence.

## Venue questions, answered

How many guests can you take?

From 10 to 200 depending on the format. Weddings here are typically 20–60 guests over a full weekend, which is the size the property is happiest at.

Is it exclusive hire?

Always. One event at a time, the whole 3.5-hectare property — porch, garden, oak woodland and all ten accommodation units.

Can guests stay on site?

Yes. Five wooden cabins and five Molino rooms sleep your group, so the evening does not end with everyone hunting for a taxi.

What about food?

Our own chef cooks at El Molino, two minutes’ walk away, and builds a custom menu with local produce. Long tables, no rubber chicken.

What kinds of events do you host?

Weddings, company offsites and kickoffs, yoga and creative retreats, and milestone parties. If it needs a whole place rather than a function room, it fits.
