### Can I get there without a car?

Yes. Take a train or bus to Talavera de la Reina, the nearest town, about 20
minutes away, and we will help you arrange the final stretch to the village.

### What does a stay include?

Your room or cabin, access to the coworking space, the shared kitchen, community
areas, BBQ facilities (open fires and BBQs aren't permitted from July to October,
for fire safety) and the garden, plus dual 600 Mbps fibre internet.

### Are pets allowed?

Yes — well-behaved small and medium dogs and cats up to 20 kg. Let us know when
you book so we can confirm and keep other guests, including anyone with
allergies, comfortable.

### How much does it cost?

Rooms in the Molino start at €50 a night and private cabins at €72 a
night, coworking included. A coworking day pass on its own is €25, with 5, 10
and 20-visit passes at €90, €150 and €200. A virtual office starts at
€20 a month plus VAT. Longer stays cost less per night.

### Is there a swimming pool?

There is a public swimming pool in the village, free for our guests, open in
July and August. The village also has a free padel court.

### What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded,
minus any payment-provider fees. Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is
non-refundable, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded
either. If you don't show up and haven't let us know, the full stay is
charged.
