## Long-stay rates
- 20% off from 7 nights, 50% off from 30 nights, on Molino rooms and private cabins
- The rate you land on applies to every night of the stay, not only the nights past the threshold
- Rooms: from €49.50 for 1-6 nights, from €43 from 7, from €19.80 from 30
- Cabins: from €71.50 for 1-6 nights, from €65 from 7, from €35.75 from 30
- Cabin rates are a floor: four of the five cabins sleep two, the fifth sleeps four and starts at €104.50
- Applies to Molino rooms and private cabins booked direct; coworking is included free with every coliving stay
- Valid in every month of the year — no blackout dates or excluded seasons

## Booking
- Deposit: 25% to confirm, balance on arrival
- Cancellation: deposit fully refunded if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, minus any payment-provider fees. Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded either. An unreported no-show is charged the full stay
