# Residencies — Creative residencies at a rural coliving an hour from Madrid

Work on your craft from a tiny village an hour from Madrid, and help bring it back to life.

Sierra de San Vicente

## Trade your skills for a soft landing in the countryside

Photographers, writers, designers, makers, workshop hosts and community builders: the residency gives you focused time, fast fibre and a cabin in the Sierra de San Vicente at a reduced rate. In return you contribute something that helps the village and our community. We host a handful of creatives each season.

## The practical side

Published rates start at €49.50 a night for a room in the Molino and €71.50 for a private cabin. Residents stay at a reduced rate we agree case by case. Coworking is included, and it is the same desk day guests pay €25 for. Talavera de la Reina is the nearest train and bus hub, 25 km away. Toledo is 77 km, Ávila 100 km, and Madrid-Barajas about 1 h 15 by car.

Cooking is on you, but it isn't compulsory. El Molino, our own restaurant, is two minutes' walk away in the village.
