Partners

Ruben is our local carpenter, and he renovated every one of our cabins. In the time we've known him he hasn't met a problem he couldn't solve one way or another. He's practical about it, and he's from here, which is worth more than it sounds. His work is in every cabin you'll sleep in.

Sofia does our interior design. She's young, she's local, and she's the one shaping the inside of the wooden cabins and the coworking space. Her love of the countryside shows in the work. The rooms don't fight the place they're in, and each one has some small detail you weren't expecting.

María is our architect, and she designed all of the spaces here. She takes a rough idea, usually ours, and comes back with something that looks right and also works. The second part is the harder one, and it's why the buildings behave the way you want them to once you're living in them. She notices the details we'd have walked straight past.

Sylvia is our designer. She drew our logo and then built the whole brand identity around it, and she's precise in a way that's hard to fake. Work like that only gets noticed when it's done badly, so this is us noticing it while it's done well.

Diego founded DelPueblo, an open-air 'supermarket' for fresh, healthy food grown in his own gardens. He gardens regeneratively and by the rules of permaculture, which in practice means years spent learning what this particular soil wants and then doing the work by hand. Ask him about it and you'll be there a while. It's worth it.

Cuki is a chef, and cooking is plainly the thing she was meant to do. She thinks about how a meal makes a table behave, not only how it tastes, and that's rarer than it sounds. She's best known here for her 'Ramen Party,' which is exactly what it says: a lot of people, a lot of steam, and everyone talking by the second bowl.
