After work, the fun begins!
When the laptop shuts, there's hiking, biking, yoga and swimming. The trailhead sits a few minutes from the desk you just left, and that proximity is the whole point of working out here instead of in a city.

Lunch is two minutes away
El Molino, our own restaurant, is a two-minute walk down in the village, in a different building from our Molino rooms. It opens for lunch Tuesday to Sunday, and around here the midday meal is the one that counts. Taking an hour and a half over it is normal behaviour, not a scheduling failure. Then you walk back, and the afternoon is still there.

A rural coworking near Madrid
The coworking lives in the old golf clubhouse at Nuño Gómez, a village in the province of Toledo where the Castilian plain rises into the Sierra de San Vicente. The windows look out over dehesa, which is oak woodland grazed by cattle, and the granite hills beyond. It's the opposite of an open-plan office. No traffic, no sirens, no one else's terrible playlist. Just fast fibre, a proper desk, and a view that makes the 3pm slump much easier to survive.
Getting here is easier than it looks on the map. We're about an hour and a quarter from Madrid, roughly 110 km down the A-5. Talavera de la Reina is twenty minutes away and handles the trains, the shops and the airport run. Come for a focused day, a full week, or settle in for a season. The desks are here whenever you need them.
What you trade the city for is focus. Mornings here tend to be quiet, the kind of deep work that's almost impossible between back-to-back meetings and a noisy office. When you close the laptop, the plan is a walk into the oak woods instead of a crowded commute. That, more than the fibre, is the argument for a rural coworking.
Living out here no longer costs you bandwidth. 84% of rural Spanish households have gigabit-capable fixed broadband, and rural 5G reaches roughly eight people in ten, according to Spain's Ministry for Digital Transformation. Here that means two 600 Mbps fibre lines and a €25 day pass.
Coworking questions, answered
- How much is a coworking day pass?
- A day pass is €25. Multi-visit passes are €90 for 5 days, €150 for 10 and €200 for 20. Coworking is free with every coliving stay.
- Is coworking included if I stay here?
- Yes. Every coliving guest gets full coworking access at no extra cost. That holds for a Molino room from €49.50 a night and for a private cabin from €71.50.
- What is the internet actually like?
- Dual 600 Mbps fibre, plus meeting rooms and video-call corners. We publish a live status page so you can check the line yourself before you book.
- Can I use the coworking space without staying overnight?
- Yes. Day passes are open to anyone. We are 110 km from Madrid, about 1h15 down the A-5, so it works as a day trip just as well as a stay.
- Do I need to book the coworking space in advance?
- For a single day pass, just let us know you are coming. For a team or a run of several days, book ahead so we can hold a meeting room for you.
- What is in the coworking space?
- 200 m² in a converted golf clubhouse: desks, meeting rooms, video-call corners, printing, and a terrace for when a screen is the last thing you want to look at.
