Where your business address actually is
Your registered office is a building, not a mailbox. It sits in Nuño Gómez, in the Sierra de San Vicente (Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha) — 110 km and about 1 hour 15 minutes west of Madrid, 25 km from Talavera de la Reina and 77 km from the city of Toledo. Behind the door there is a 200 m² coworking space, meeting rooms and dual 600 Mbps fibre, plus people who sign for your parcels in English, Spanish or German.
The village around it is genuinely small: 171 registered inhabitants across roughly 17 km², about ten people per square kilometre, according to Spain's Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), 1 January 2024.
The law caught up with all of this in 2022. Ley 28/2022 of 21 December — the startups law, published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado — created Spain's residence permit for international teleworking, granted for up to one year to begin with. If you need help applying, the first consultation with our partner law firm is €70, deducted in full from the final fee.
Membership opens the rest of the site too. The published day rate for a coworking desk is €25, or €10 a day on a 20-visit pass; a room in the Molino starts at €50 a night and a private cabin at €72 — and virtual-office members pay member rates on all of it.
