Where the village eats

El Molino is the village's restaurant and the village's bar, and it happens to be ours: two minutes' walk from the cabins, a wood fire, a garden a few metres from the kitchen, and seasonal Castilian cooking that changes when the fields do. The neighbours eat here. The football argument at the counter has been running for years and nobody is close to settling it. You're a guest of a working village here, not a customer in a compound — same bar, same stools.
