How do I book, and when do I pay?

Book straight through the booking system on our website. Booking direct gets you our best rate, and the nightly rate comes down from 7 nights and again from 30. To secure your reservation we ask for a 25% deposit, with the balance paid on arrival. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and selected online payment platforms. Fully booked for your dates? Give us a call. We almost always make it work.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded (minus any payment-provider fees). Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded. If you don't show up and haven't let us know, the full stay is charged. Life happens, though. For a genuine emergency, like severe weather or a health problem, we'll do our best to find a fair solution. To cancel, email us with your booking reference.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, at reception in the main building at the top of the property. Spanish law requires us to register every guest, so we'll ask you to scan your ID before you arrive and check it again when you get here. Arriving early, or leaving later in the day? We'll keep your luggage for you.

What is the minimum stay duration?

We take both short stays and long ones. The minimum stay depends on the season and availability. The booking system shows what's open right now.

What is included in a coliving stay?

A coliving stay gets you a private cabin with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It also gets you the coworking space, the shared community areas, the BBQ facilities, and high-speed WiFi.
