How do I book, and when do I pay?

You can book directly through the booking system on our website — and booking direct gets you our best rate plus special discounts on longer stays. To secure your reservation we ask for a 25% deposit, with the balance paid on arrival. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and selected online payment platforms. Fully booked for your dates? Give us a call — we almost always make it work.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded (minus any payment-provider fees). Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded. If you don't show up and haven't let us know, the full stay is charged. Life happens, though — for genuine emergencies like severe weather or health issues, we'll do our best to find a fair solution. To cancel, just email us with your booking reference.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, at our reception in the main building at the top of the premises. Spanish law requires us to register all guests, so we'll ask you to scan your ID before arrival and verify it when you get here. Arriving early or leaving later in the day? We're happy to store your luggage.

What is the minimum stay duration?

We offer both short-term and long-term stays. The minimum stay depends on the season and availability. Check our booking system for current options.

What is included in a coliving stay?

Our coliving stays include a private cabin with kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. You also get access to our coworking space, shared community areas, BBQ facilities, and high-speed WiFi.
