Hamlet's Friends is a rural coliving and coworking property in Nuño Gómez, Toledo, 110 km and about 1h15 from Madrid. You can book a room in the Molino, a private cabin, a coworking day pass, a virtual office, or the whole place for a retreat or a wedding. Every rate we publish is on this page.

These are starting rates. What you finally pay depends on the season and on how long you stay, and booking direct always gets you the best price.

Coliving and coworking prices include VAT. The virtual-office rate is quoted before VAT, so €24.20 a month once you add the 21% IVA.

Book eight nights and all eight are at the seven-night rate. Book thirty-two and all thirty-two are at the monthly rate.

A full month comes to €594 for a Molino room and from €1,072.50 for a private cabin. Coworking, 600 Mbps fibre and the run of the finca are included.

These are per-night accommodation rates, booked direct and valid in every month of the year. There are no blackout dates, and every rate here includes VAT. Coworking is free with every coliving stay, however long you're here.

Pricing questions, answered

How much does a stay cost?
A Molino room starts at €49.50 a night, a private cabin at €71.50, and a coworking day pass is €25. What you pay depends on the season and on how long you stay: the nightly rate drops at 7 nights and again at 30, and booking direct gets you the best price. Do you offer a virtual office or business address?
Yes. From €20/month (plus VAT) you get a real registered business address in Nuño Gómez, Toledo. It works as a domicilio social for registering a Spanish company (S.L.) with the Registro Mercantil. You also get mail and package handling, same-day notifications, and support in English, Spanish and German. It's a genuine place with real people, not a PO box.
Can I book the whole property for an event or wedding?
Yes. We host one event at a time on a full-property buyout basis, for groups from 10 to 200, so the only schedule that matters is yours. Small weddings are what we get asked for most, 20 to 60 guests over a full weekend: five cabins and five Molino rooms so people can stay over, ceremonies on the covered porch, in the garden or under the oak, and Castilian menus by our chef on site. Every event is quoted on its own. Tell us what you have in mind.
How do I book, and when do I pay?
You can book straight through the booking system on our website. Booking direct gets you our best rate, and the nightly rate comes down from 7 nights and again from 30. We ask for a 25% deposit to hold the dates, and you pay the balance on arrival. Credit card, bank transfer and selected online payment platforms all work. Fully booked for your dates? Call us anyway. We almost always make it work.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded (minus any payment-provider fees). Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded. If you don't show up and haven't let us know, the full stay is charged. Life happens, though. For a genuine emergency, bad weather or a health problem, we'll do our best to work something out. To cancel, email us with your booking reference.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, at reception in the main building at the top of the site. Spanish law says we have to register every guest, so we'll ask you to scan your ID before you arrive and check it when you get here. Arriving early or leaving later in the day? We'll keep your luggage.
