Hamlet's Friends is a rural coliving and coworking property in Nuño Gómez, Toledo — 110 km and about 1h15 from Madrid. A room in the Molino starts at €50 a night, a private cabin at €72, a coworking day pass is €25, and a virtual office starts at €20 a month. Retreats, weddings and events are quoted per group.

How much does a stay cost?
Accommodation starts at €50 a night for a Molino room and €72 a night for a private cabin, and a coworking day pass is €25. Final rates depend on the season and how long you stay — longer stays work out cheaper per night, and booking direct gets you the best price. How much does a coworking day pass cost?
A day pass is 25€. For regulars we also offer multi-visit passes: 90€ for 5 visits, 150€ for 10 visits, and 200€ for 20 visits (our best value). Companies and groups can request a tailor-made team pass. All prices include VAT.
Do you offer a virtual office or business address?
Yes. From €20/month (plus VAT) you get a real registered business address in Nuño Gómez, Toledo — suitable as a domicilio social for registering a Spanish company (S.L.) with the Registro Mercantil — plus mail and package handling, same-day notifications, and support in English, Spanish and German. It's a genuine place with real people, not a PO box.
Can I book the whole property for an event or wedding?
Yes. We host one event at a time on a full-property buyout basis, for groups from 10 to 200, so the only schedule that matters is yours. We're a favourite for intimate weddings of 20–60 guests over a full weekend: five cabins and five Molino rooms so guests can stay over, ceremonies on the covered porch, in the garden or under the oak, and Castilian menus by our on-site chef. Every event is quoted individually — just tell us what you have in mind.
How do I book, and when do I pay?
You can book directly through the booking system on our website — and booking direct gets you our best rate plus special discounts on longer stays. To secure your reservation we ask for a 25% deposit, with the balance paid on arrival. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and selected online payment platforms. Fully booked for your dates? Give us a call — we almost always make it work.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit is fully refunded (minus any payment-provider fees). Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable, and unused nights from an early departure aren't refunded. If you don't show up and haven't let us know, the full stay is charged. Life happens, though — for genuine emergencies like severe weather or health issues, we'll do our best to find a fair solution. To cancel, just email us with your booking reference.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, at our reception in the main building at the top of the premises. Spanish law requires us to register all guests, so we'll ask you to scan your ID before arrival and verify it when you get here. Arriving early or leaving later in the day? We're happy to store your luggage.
