Hamlet's Friends is a rural coliving and coworking community in Nuño Gómez (Toledo), 110 km and about an hour from Madrid, with five private cabins, five rooms in the old mill and a 200 m² coworking space. You can book a room in the Molino, a private cabin, a coworking day pass, a virtual office, or the whole place for a retreat or a wedding. Every rate we publish is on this page.
The published room and cabin rates are for one guest. Two guests pay a different total. Select two guests and your dates in the booking system to see the price for your stay. Booking direct gets you our best rate.
You can book five things at Hamlet's Friends. Four of them have a published price; the fifth depends on how many of you there are.

Coliving and coworking prices include VAT. The virtual-office rate is quoted before VAT, so €24.20 a month once you add the 21% IVA.

Coliving rates
Rooms and cabins at Hamlet's Friends cost less per night from 7 nights, and less again from 30. The rate you land on covers every night of the stay.

From 30 nights
Book eight nights and all eight are at the seven-night rate. Book thirty-two and all thirty-two are at the monthly rate.
A full month comes to €594 for a Molino room and from €1,072.50 for a private cabin. Coworking, 600 Mbps fibre and the run of the finca are included. These totals are for one guest. A stay for two costs more; select both guests when checking availability.
All room and cabin rates shown here are for one guest. These are per-night accommodation rates, booked direct and valid in every month of the year. There are no blackout dates, and every rate here includes VAT. Coworking is free with every coliving stay, however long you're here.
The same terms apply to every booking at Hamlet's Friends: a deposit to confirm, check-in from 13:00 and check-out until 11:00.
