Probably the best office in the world
A smart choice for your business: HQ in the countryside
What Is a Virtual Office?
A virtual office gives you a professional business address without needing to rent physical office space. You can register your company here, receive mail, and list this address on your website, invoices, and official documents. We're a real place with real people — not a PO box or automated service.

The registered office is at Nuño Gómez, in the Sierra de San Vicente (Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha): 110 km and about 1 hour 15 minutes west of Madrid, 25 km from Talavera de la Reina and 77 km from Toledo. When you come in person, a coworking day pass is €25 — or €200 for twenty visits — a room in the Molino starts at €50 a night, and a private cabin at €72.
The law caught up with this in 2022. Ley 28/2022 of 21 December, the startups law published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado, created Spain's residence permit for international teleworking, granted for up to one year to begin with — part of why companies now register somewhere they would actually enjoy visiting.

Why Use a Virtual Office Here
Practical reasons, not marketing promises
Lower Overhead
A fraction of what you'd pay for even the smallest office rental. No utility bills, no furniture, no long-term lease commitments.
Personal Privacy
Keep your home address off public business registers, your website, and client invoices. Your personal life stays separate from your business.
Business Legitimacy
A proper registered address makes your business look established. Banks, clients, and partners take you more seriously.
Location Flexibility
Work from anywhere while maintaining a fixed business address. Your registered office stays the same whether you're in Barcelona, Berlin, or Bali.
A Real Location
This isn't a virtual address in a database somewhere. It's an actual building with actual people. You can visit. Your mail is handled by humans.
Human Support
When you have a question or something unusual arrives, you can actually talk to someone. We respond in English, Spanish, or German.
Legally Compliant
Meets Spanish requirements for company registration (domicilio social). Suitable for official correspondence from tax authorities and the Registro Mercantil.
Room to Grow
If your needs change, you can add coworking days, meeting room access, or even coliving stays. The virtual office is a starting point, not a limitation.

A Real Place, Real People
We understand that trusting a business address to a third party requires confidence. Here's what we want you to know:

Supporting Rural Spain
Spain's rural areas face a well-documented challenge — young people moving to cities, leaving villages with aging, shrinking populations. When you use a rural virtual office, you're doing something small but tangible: supporting a business operating outside major metropolitan centers, adding to the economic footprint of the region, and being part of a shift that makes it practical to have a business presence in smaller towns.
The scale is easy to underestimate: Nuño Gómez has 171 registered inhabitants across roughly 17 km², about ten people per square kilometre, according to Spain's Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), 1 January 2024.
A practical choice with wider benefits. If that matters to you — great. If you're just here for a reliable address at a fair price — that's fine too.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I use this address to register a Spanish company (S.L.)?
- Yes. Our address is suitable for use as a domicilio social (registered office) when forming a Sociedad Limitada or other Spanish company types. You can provide this address to your notary and for registration with the Registro Mercantil.
- How do you handle my mail?
- When post or packages arrive, we log them and notify you by email or WhatsApp within the same business day. Mail is stored securely. You can collect it in person, ask us to forward it (postage at cost), or for urgent items, we can scan and email the contents.
- What happens if someone visits the address?
- Our team greets them professionally, explains that you operate remotely, and contacts you immediately with their details. This happens rarely, but when it does, visitors are treated respectfully and you're kept informed.
- Can I actually visit the address?
- Yes. You're welcome to visit during business hours. Some clients come to collect accumulated mail, see the space, or simply because they're curious. If you need a meeting room for a client visit, we can arrange that too.
- Is this legal for company registration?
- Yes. Using a virtual office address as a registered office is legal in Spain, provided the address is real and properly managed — which ours is. We recommend confirming specific requirements with your gestor or lawyer.
- What's the contract term?
- Month-to-month. No long-term commitment required. If you need to cancel, just give us 30 days notice. We don't believe in locking people into contracts they can't exit.
- Can I use this for tax purposes (domicilio fiscal)?
- The address can be used for your domicilio fiscal in many cases, but tax residency rules are complex. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor (asesor fiscal) to confirm this is appropriate for your circumstances.
- Do you offer phone answering services?
- Not currently. We focus on doing the core virtual office service well: address, mail handling, and basic visitor reception. If you need phone answering, we can recommend local providers.
